DESCRIPTION:Porch Talk: Tree & Shrub Pruning Workshop\n  \nIf you’re new to pruning or looking to brush up on your skills\, this workshop is for you! The class will be taught by Marcey Mirick\, a horticulturist with over 30 years of industry experience. We’ll cover safety\, timing\, methods for trees vs shrubs\, renewal vs rejuvenation\, old wood vs new wood\, and tool maintenance. Classroom discussion and demonstration will be followed by supervised hands-on practice. A great follow-up to our Winter Education Series.
