Description
‘Silver Sceptre’ Sedge is a non-native, variegated, clump-forming and semi-evergreen perennial. The narrow green leaves are edged in white, brightening up shady areas of the garden. No maintenance is needed in moderate to moist soils, other than a simple cut back in spring. It can tolerate some sun if it has consistent moisture and will spread outward from the central tuft to form a groundcover. This is a well-behaved sedge that does not have invasive tendencies.
