Description
Clusters of small yellow flowers appear from late summer to early fall near the top of the zigzag stems. Toothed, broad-ovate leaves. Plants may spread by rhizomes. Great for butterflies and bees. Host to 115 species of Lepidoptera. Best in sun-dappled part shade, but will also grow in full shade.
