Schedule a Site Visit (within Central Ohio)
No two yards are alike, so we visit to get a sense of your style, vision and your property’s site conditions in order to sketch functional spaces and curate the best plant palette. A $100 fee is paid for the site visit and sketch, which is credited toward further design work. A design contract is agreed at the Site Visit. Your site visit is booked during the phone consultation.

Design
Our talented design professionals will create a personalized landscape plan in 3 to 6 weeks after the Site Visit. You will have an opportunity to review and fine-tune your plan, and then you will receive a PDF version of the design master plan. We are passionate about incorporating these features into your plan:

Installation
We provide a design master plan. Construction documents and installation are not included. Based on availability, Scioto Gardens Sites may provide installation, or your plan may be sent to your contractor of choice. We are also happy to offer guidance to DIY installers.
