Site Services

Scioto Gardens offers landscape installation services through our Sites division. We offer the following Landscaping Services:

Landscape Installation – total project size $2000 to $75,000

Full service installation of landscapes including new landscape beds, plantings, and natural stone hardscape features such as bed borders, dry-stacked retaining walls, stone patios, and stone or gravel pathways.

Process: A design is required for Installation work to be properly planned. If a landscape design is needed, contact [email protected].

● Using your design plan, a working budget for your project is established by calculating needed materials, labor, and equipment to install your project. Sites provides you with a rough estimate.
● A site visit is scheduled to agree upon the scope of the installation.
● A formal quote and contract for the requested work is prepared.
● We will accept a 50% deposit two weeks before we plan to start a project.

Invasive Plant Removal Work – $1,560/crew day + hauling

Manual (non-chemical) removal of invasive species (Callery Pear, Japanese Honeysuckle, Multiflora Rose, etc) or undesirable species (Poison Ivy, Grapevine, etc).
Conscientiously applied chemical application (cut and paint method) may be used with an owner’s permission for efficiency. Dead plants may be removed and allowed to break down in the landscape or hauled away. Invasive tree removal up to 25 ft tall.
